一、漆面比较毛糙

1. Coarse finish

新上漆的表面毛糙，通常是所用的漆刷不干净环氧树脂漆 或受周围环境污染造成的。也有可能是油漆中混有漆皮，在使用前未经沉淀和过滤，或油漆未干时沾上了灰尘。为防止发生上述问题，必须采用干净的漆刷和漆桶。旧漆使用前，一定要用滤纸或干净的尼龙丝袜过滤。另外，漆好的表面在油漆未干时要用罩子或硬纸板遮住，以防沾上灰尘。如果漆面毛糙，待其干透后，用干湿两用砂纸打磨光滑、擦净后，再重新刷上油漆。要特别注意漆刷必须是干净的。

二、油漆起泡

首先，用尖物把泡刺破，如果有水冒出来，即说明漆层底下或者背后有潮气渗入，经太阳一晒，水分蒸发成蒸气，就会把漆皮顶起成泡。此时，先用热风喷枪除去起泡的油漆，让木料自然干燥，然后刷上底漆，最后再在整个修补面上重新上漆。若泡中无水，就可能是木纹开裂，内有少量空气，经太阳一晒，空气膨胀，漆皮就鼓起了。面对这种情况，先刮掉起泡的漆皮，再用树脂填料填平裂纹，重新上漆，或不用填料，在刮去漆皮后，直接涂上微孔漆。

三、油漆出现剥落

可能是物体表面过于光滑的缘故。若原涂料是有光漆或者是粉质的(加未经处理的色浆涂料)，新上的油漆在表面就粘不牢。或者可能是木料腐朽或金属有锈斑，也有因油漆质量不好而剥落的。小面积的油漆剥落，可先用细砂纸打磨，然后抹上腻子，刷上底漆，再重新上漆。大面积的剥落必须把漆全部刮去，重新涂刷。

四、上了漆没有光泽

没有上底漆或底漆及内层漆还没干就直接上有光漆都会导致没有光泽的情况。其次有光漆的质量不好也是一个原因。解决方法是用干湿两用砂纸把旧漆磨掉，刷去打磨的灰尘，用干净湿布把表面擦净，待干透后，再重新刷上面漆。还有一点要特别注意的是，在气温很低的环境下涂漆，漆膜干后也可能会失去光泽。

五、油漆产生污斑

油漆表面产生污斑的原因很多。比如墙上的物质被乳胶漆中的水分溶化而锈出漆面形成污斑，用钢丝绒擦过的墙面会产生锈斑，墙内暗管渗漏也会出现污斑等等。为了防止出现污斑，可先刷一层含铝粉的底漆，若已出现污斑，可以先除去污斑处的乳胶漆，刷层含铝粉的底漆后，再重新上漆。

六、漆面出现裂纹

这种情况也属于比较常见的，处理起来也比较容易，如果地坪涂料裂纹的面积比较大的话，我们大多数是使用化学除漆剂或热风喷枪将裂纹区域除去之后，再重新上漆。如果裂纹范围不是很大，那么用砂磨块或干湿两用砂纸沾一点水，磨去断裂的油漆，慢慢打磨光滑之后，抹上腻子，再刷上底漆，重新上漆。

七、油漆过了很久都没有干

油漆不干，那肯定是跟室内通风或温度有关系了，通风不好或者温度较低会令油漆就干得慢。所以你要做的就是打开部分门窗促进通风，或者你也可以在室内放一个加热器增加室内温度。如果还不能解决问题，则有可能是上漆的表面过于油腻。这时候可以用上面提及的化学除漆剂或加热法除去油漆，彻底把表面擦干净，然后再重新上漆。

经常遇到这样的情况，刚上了漆的东西很容易就粘上了虫子蚊子之类的小动物，这时候要尽快把他们剔去，因为油漆还没干，修补就比较容易，只要用刷子沾一点油漆轻轻抹一下就能恢复。要是油漆已经差不多干了，那么就要等到漆膜完全变硬再把小虫擦掉了，这样做才不不至于把光滑的表面弄得一塌糊涂。
